Solar Hydrogen Research  P/L

SHR began in 1996 and was formed based on a vision and platform statement created a year earlier. Its direction was clear at that point with the obvious focus on bringing about a solar hydrogen based energy carrier and storage system, to eventually replace fossil fuels and be of course renewable. The first phase of the company was to determine its methodology and then progress it.

Natural systems were looked upon, as relating to solar energy striking the Earth and being utilised by "living" things. Many other processes were looked upon in the abstract and from a solar photonic perspective, in an attempt to build a knowledgeable platform of how living and non-living matter obsorbs,converts,utilises and scatters solar radiation. This involved detailed analysis of electromagnetic radiation, quantum analysis, the spectrum of light, the absorption of radiation by atomic and molecular bodies.

The first an obvious conclusion came within a year, and that was the ingenuity of a simple plant's leaf. The leaf represented an efficient machine regularly utilising light energy and chloroplasts containing the chlorophyll and enzymes for carrying out photosynthesis. SHR whilst seeking resources to follow this path , became active in promoting hydrogen in Australia. Whilst promoting hydrogen using many techniques SHR became quite efficient in raising awareness. This detracted from the determined direction of artificial photosynthesis, yet SHR became more confident not less, as it was aware of the progression of nanotechnology emerging in strength, before year 2000.

The company formed The National Hydrogen Association of Australia in Year 2001,then Fuel Cell Institute of Australia Pty Limited in Sep.2003.These are significant achievements to further progress the goals of the company. Today SHR does theoretical work aligned with nanotechnology; it does not have significant resources to lead a research direction, but has created a consultancy firm to try and establish a resource income (HECRESA).

HECRESA engineers decentralised power systems, involving solar PV, PV/fuel cell hybrid power plants, fuel cells, gas engines, gas turbines, and integrated systems for individual situations. As well HECRESA utilises micro-grid logic and software solutions to maximise energy demand efficiency.

HECRESA promotes and integrates Australian technology being;

If your business , industry or  housing estates need engineering to provide their own secure and "green" power (24/7), then HECRESA is the only operative in Australia today, that has the expertise to be able to deliver the REAL 24/7 solution.
