2004 Energy & Water Green Globe Awards

the leading greenhouse reduction and water efficiency awards scheme in NSW

Education and Awareness Award

This award is the most generalist of all the 17 categories and recognises achievement in the areas of public community consultation, education, program marketing initiatives, major events promoting sustainable water and energy supply, production of educational resources.

To reflect the broader program areas of DEUS, the education and awareness award has been expanded from sustainable energy to include sustainable water supply.

The 2004 entries reflected the good work done across the traditional education sector and the corporate, research and government sectors. As a result of the strong competition, the judges have awarded two highly commended awards in addition to the leading award.
